fa اثر ترکیبات خاک بر رشد و راندمان نهال سرو نقرهای و زربین در نهالستان عمومی Ggeneral پژوهشي Research و زربین (Cupressus arizonica) در این تحقیق بهبود رشد و عملکرد نها ل های سوزنیبرگ سرو نقره ای در ترکیبات متفاوت مواد آلی در نهالستان کلوده آمل صورت پذیرفت. بذرها در قالب طرح کاملاً (C. sempervirens var. horizantalis) تصادفی با چهار تکرار در گلدان های پلاستیکی و تیمارهای مختلف خاک شامل ١) خاک رایج نهالستان (شاهد)، ٢) خاک شاهد : کود دامی ٤) خاک شاهد : کود دامی : خاکبرگ ( ١:١:٥ ) کاشته شد . نتایج بعد از یک سال نشان داد که در هر ،( ٣) خاک شاهد : خاکبرگ ( ١:٥ ،(١:٥) دو گونه نهال های رشد یافته در تیمار ٤، دارای بیشترین میزان رشد اندام هوایی، قطر یقه، شاخص بنیه نهال، وزن خشک اند ام هوایی، وزن خشک ریشه، وزن خشک کل و شاخص کیفیت نهال بود . در اغلب صفات مورد بررسی سرو نقره ای پاسخ بهتری نسبت به زربین نشان داد . از نتایج این تحقیق استنتاج می شود که مواد آلی سبب افزایش مشخصه های رشد و زی توده نهال دو گونه مورد مطالعه گردیده است . پیشنهاد می شود در نهالستان های جنگلی جهت ارتقا ی میزان عملکرد و بهبود شاخص کیفیت نهال، به شرایط فیزیکی - شیمیایی خاک بستر کاشت، توجه ویژه اعمال شود.   This research was carried out to improve the growth and performance of Arizona cypress (Cupressus arizonica) and Medite cypress (C. sempervirens var. horizantalis) seedlings in different combinations of organic matter in nursery of Koloudeh, located in Amol city (north of Iran). Seeds in plastic pots were sown as a completely randomized design (RCD) with four replications at different soil treatments including: T1) nursery soil (control), T2) control soil: cattle manure (5:1), T3) control soil: decomposited litter (5:1), T4) control soil: cattle manure: decomposited litter (5:1:1). The results after one year showed that the seedlings of both species grown on T4 obtained the greatest shoot height, collar diameter, seedling Vigor Index, shoot dry weight, root dry weight, total dry weight and seedling Quality Index (QI) among all the soils examined. The response of most attributes to soil was better in Cupressus arizonica than in C. sempervirens. It is concluded that organic matter caused the increase of growth and biomass of seedlings in both species.
