fa بررسی کشت و سازگاری سرخارگل <span dir=ltr>(<i>Echinaceae purpurea </i>)</span> در شمال تهران عمومی Ggeneral پژوهشي Research سرخارگل (<em>Echinaceae purpurea</em>) یکی از مهم‌ترین گیاهان دارویی مورد استفاده در صنایع داروسازی بیشتر کشورهای توسعه یافته است. مواد مؤثره این گیاه خاصیت ضد ویروسی داشته، هم‌چنین تقویت کننده سیستم دفاعی بدن (Immunostimulant) می‌باشند. از آن جا که سرخارگل در فلور ایران وجود ندارد، هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی سازگاری این گیاه در شمال تهران (منطقه زردبند) است، که با استفاده از نتایج آن بتوان آن را در مقیاس گسترده کشت و نیاز صنایع داروسازی را به آن برطرف کرد. برای مقایسه میانگین‌های حاصل در صفات مختلف از آزمون t در سطح احتمال پنج درصد استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که گیاه سرخارگل به منطقه مورد پژوهش سازگار است، و می‌توان آن را در سطح گسترده کشت نمود. مناسب‌ترین زمان برای انتقال نشاها به زمین اصلی از 15 مرداد تا 15 شهریور است. گیاه سرخارگل تا سال چهارم بازدهی اقتصادی دارد (از نظر عملکرد و میزان مواد مؤثره) و از سال چهارم به بعد نه تنها از عملکرد پیکر رویشی گیاه کاسته می‌شود، بلکه به لحاظ چوبی شدن ساقه‌ها، از کمیت و کیفیت مواد مؤثره آن نیز کاسته شده و ارزش دارویی خود را از دست می‌دهد. Purple coneflower (<em>Echinaceae purpurea</em> (L.) Mnch) is one of the most important medicinal plants used by pharmaceutical industries in industrialized countries. The active substances of this plant are antiviral and are used as human immunostimulant. The plant of purple coneflower is not included in the Iranian flora. Therefore, the main aim of this study was to evaluate the adaptability of the plant to the conditions in the north of Tehran (Zardband region). The results from this research should contribute to large-scale production as a raw material for Iranian pharmaceutical industries. Comparison of means of the different characteristics was carried out using t-test at 5% level. Results showed that purple coneflower is adaptable to the climatic conditions in the north of Tehran and can be produced on a large scale. The suitable time for transplanting the seedling in the field was from 5 August to 5 September. Maintaining the purple coneflower until its fourth vegetative period is economical.
