fa امکان جایگزینی جو (با و بدون پیه) با ذرت و تأثیر آن بر عملکرد جوجه های گوشتی عمومی Ggeneral پژوهشي Research به منظور مطالعه امکان جایگزینی سطوح مختلف جو با ذرت در جیره جوجه‌های گوشتی از 600 قطعه جوجه یکروزه گوشتی تجارتی، از سن 1 تا 56 روزگی استفاده شد. در یک طرح کاملاً تصادفی، هر یک از 10 جیره آزمایشی که در آنها جو با و بدون پیه در سطوح صفر (گروه شاهد)،‌ 5، 10، 20 و 40 درصد جایگزین ذرت شده بود به 4 تکرار 15 جوجه‌ای داده شد. جیره‌ها از لحاظ انرژی و ازت یکسان بودند. در سن 42، 49 و 56 روزگی از هر تکرار یک مرغ و یک خروس ذبح و چربی حفره بطنی آنها اندازه‌گیری شد. اضافه وزن بدن، غذای مصرفی و ضریب تبدیل غذا در اثر سطوح مختلف جو، با و بدون پیه، در سن 42 روزگی اختلاف معنی‌داری نداشتند. افزایش میزان جو تاثیری بر وزن بدن در سن 56 روزگی نداشت. افزودن 4 درصد پیه باعث بهبود نسبی ضریب تبدیل غذا در جیره‌های حاوی سطوح جو گردید. چربی حفره بطنی در اثر افزودن 4 درصد پیه در خروسها و مرغها افزایش یافت. افزایش سن کشتار باعث افزایش چربی حفره بطنی در هر دو جنس شد. چربی حفره بطنی در مرغها بیشتر از خروسها بود. In a completely randomized design, 600 commercial day old broiler chickens were used to study the possibility of replacing corn with barley. Each of 10 experimental diets in which corn was replaced with barley at levels of 0, 5, 10, 20 and 40 percent, with and without tallow, were given to 4 replicates of 15 chickens each. At 42, 49 and 56th days of age, one male and one female from each pen were killed. Body weight gain, feed intake and feed conversion ratio were not affected by different levels of barley at 42th day of age. Increasing the level of barley had not effect on body weight gain at 56th day of age. Feed conversion ratio improved slightly due to addition of 4% tallow to the diets containing different levels of barley. Abdominal fat was increased due to added tallow in males and females. Increasing slaughter age increased abdominal fat in both sexes.
