Kurstaki</span> در شرایط گلخانه عمومی Ggeneral پژوهشي Research در این پژوهش حساسیت سه سن اول لاروی <em>Spodoptera exigua</em> در برابر باکتری <em>Bacillus thuringiensis</em> بررسی گردید. برای تخمین LC₅₀ از شش غلظت مختلف باکتری، که با فواصل لگاریتمی محاسبه شده بودند، به همراه یک شاهد برای هر سن لاروی به طور جداگانه استفاده شد. مقادیر LC₅₀ برای لاروهای سن اول، که تنها 1-4 ساعت پس از خروج از تخم تیمار شدند، 617/311 پی‌پی‌ام، و برای لاروهای سنین دوم و سوم به ترتیب 95/1356 و 27/2708 پی‌پی‌ام برآورد گردید. بدین ترتیب مشخص شد که حساسیت لاروها با افزایش سن کاهش می‌یابد، و در نتیجه برای کنترل این آفت در مزرعه بهتر است هم‌زمان با اوج تفریخ تخم‌ها باکتری‌پاشی شود. In this study, susceptibility of the first three larval stages of <em>Spodoptera exigua</em> to <em>Bacillus thuringiensis</em> was investigated. To determine the LC₅₀ values for each larval instar, 6 different logarithmic concentrations of <em>Bacillus thuringiensis</em> were used. A control was also included in each of the bioassays. The value of LC₅₀ for 1st instar larvae, that had been treated one to four hours after hatching, was 311.617 ppm. For the 2^nd and third instars, the larvae values of LC₅₀ were 1356.95 and 2708.27 ppm, respectively. It was clear that larval susceptibility to Bacillus thuringiensis decreased with age.
