fa معرفی سه گونه نماتد از خانواده Criconematidae در مزارع غلات استان اصفهان عمومی Ggeneral پژوهشي Research به منظور شناسایی فون نماتدهای انگل گیاهی مزارع غلات مهم (گندم، جو و ذرت) استان اصفهان، درطی سال‌های 1378 و 1379 تعداد 120 نمونه خاک و ریشه از نواحی مختلف کشت این محصولات در استان جمع‌‌آوری گردید. عملیات شستشوی خاک و استخراج نماتدها به روش الک و سانتریفیوژ انجام گرفت. کشتن و تثبیت نمونه‌ها با استفاده از محلول FGA (فرمالدئید، گلیسیرین و اسید استیک به نسبت 1:1:4) صورت پذیرفت. پس از انتقال نمونه‌ها به گلیسیرین، از نماتدهای استخراج شده اسلاید دائمی‌تهیه شده و با میکروسکوپ نوری مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. نتایج بررسی‌ها نشان دهنده وجود سه گونه، متعلق به دو جنس از خانواده Criconematidae می‌باشد. این گونه‌ها عبارت‌اند از: <em>Hemicycliophora poranga</em> ، <em>Criconemella antipolitana</em> و <em>Criconemella xenoplax</em> . گونه <em>H. poranga</em> که از خاک اطراف ریشه ذرت جدا شده است، برای نخستین بار از ایران گزارش می‌شود. گونه غالب برحسب فراوانی در نمونه‌ها، <em>C. antipolitana</em> است که از خاک اطراف ریشه گندم و جو در مناطق مختلف جداسازی گردید. گونه <em>C. xenoplax</em> از نمونه خاک مزرعه گندم با سابقه کشت درختان هلو استخراج و شناسایی شدند. هر سه گونه فوق برای فون نماتدهای استان جدید محسوب می‌شوند. In order to identify the plant-parasitic nematodes of important cereals (wheat, barley, and corn) in Isfahan Province, 120 soil and root samples were collected from the rhizosphere of these crops in various locations in the region during 1999 and 2000. Nematodes were extracted from soil by sieving and centrifugal sugar-flotation method. The specimens were killed and fixed in FGA (formaldehyde, glycerin and acetic acid 4:1:1) hot solution. The extracted nematodes were mounted in glycerin, permanent slides prepared, and studied by light microscope. The results revealed the presence of three species belonging to two genera of family criconematidae as follows: <em>Criconemella antipolitana</em> , <em>C. xenoplax</em>, <em>Hemicycliophora poranga</em>. <em>H. poranga</em> was extracted from rhizosphere of corn and reported for the first time from Iran. The most frequently occurring and dominant species was <em>C. antipolitana</em> that was isolated from soil around the roots of wheat and barley in several areas. <em>C. xenoplax</em> was extracted from a wheat field with the history of peach cultivation.
