fa مطالعه میکوفلور بذر اسپرس در ایران عمومی Ggeneral پژوهشي Research به منظور بررسی میکوفلور بذر اسپرس، نمونه‌های بذری این محصول از استانهای مختلف اصفهان، اردبیل، زنجان، آذربایجان شرقی جمع‌آوری گردید. نیمی از بذور مورد بررسی پس از ضدعفونی سطحی و نیمی دیگر بدون ضدعفونی سطحی روی محیطهای MA ،SMA، PDA،  کاغذ و نیز ماسه استریل مرطوب کشت گردیده و در حرارت 25 درجه سانتیگراد و تحت تابش 12 ساعت نور فلورسنت نگهداری شدند. هفت روز بعد قارچهای رشد کرده بر روی این بذرها به طریق تک اسپور و کشت نوک ریسه‌ای خالص سازی و برای شناسائی به محیطهای کشت اختصاصی منتقل شدند. از میان قارچهای به دست آمده از بذور اسپرس مناطق مختلف، چهار نوع قارچ <em>Alternaria، Aspergillus، Penicillium، Rhizopus</em> شیوع بیشتری داشتند، ولی قارچهای <em>Ulocladium، Cladosporium، Fusarium، Mucor، Nigrospora، Trichothecium، Stemphylium</em> و <em>Botrytis</em> به میزان کمتری از این بذرها جداسازی شدند. با استفاده از روش شستشوی سطحی بذور، قارچهای <em>Uromyces</em> و <em>Oidiopsis</em> نیز در بذرهای اسپرس شناسائی گردیدند. In order to study fungi associated with seeds of sainfoin, several seed samples of sainfoin were collected from Isfahan, Ardabil, Zanjan and eastern Azerbaijan provinces, Iran. Seed lots, only half of which were surface sterilized, were allowed to grow on PDA, SMA, MA, sterilized wet paper and drenched sands. The dishes containing seeds were incubated at 25°C with alternate cycles of 12-hour fluorescent light. After seven days, fungi growing from the seeds were transferred to the selective media and subjected to morphological studies. Single spore or hyphal tips from these transfers were the basis for all identification procedures. The most prevalent fungi associated with sainfoin seed were <em>Alternaria, Aspergillus, Penicillium</em> and<em> Rhizopus</em>, although <em>Ulocladium, Cladosporium, Fusarium, Mucor, Nigrospora, Stemphylium, Trichothecium</em> and <em>Botrytis</em> were also isolated in low incidence from these seed lots.
