fa بررسی تأثیر نوع محیط کشت در ریشه زائی قلمه انگور عمومی Ggeneral پژوهشي Research در این بررسی اثر شش محیط کشت مختلف (ماسه بادی، پرلایت، ورمیکولایت، ماسه بادی + پرلایت، ماسه بادی + ورمیکولایت و ورمیکولایت + پرلایت) بر ریشه‌زائی هفت رقم انگور به نامهای ریش بابا، حسینی، داش قره، قزل ازوم، تبرزه، بیدانه سفید و صاحبی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. ریشه‌زائی قلمه‌های تک جوانه‌ای که از گره‌های پنجم شاخه‌های یکساله این ارقام تهیه شده بود، بررسی گردید. نتیجه محاسبات آماری نشان داد که ریشه‌زائی قلمه‌های ارقام مختلف،‌ محیطهای مختلف کشت و اثر متقابل رقم در محیط کشت از لحاظ درصد ریشه‌زائی، طول ریشه، وزن تر ریشه‌ها و نسبت وزن خشک به وزن تر ریشه دارای تفاوت معنی‌دار بودند. بین ارقام مورد آزمایش، حداکثر ریشه‌زائی، از لحاظ درصد ریشه‌های تشکیل شده، طول ریشه، وزن تر ریشه‌ها و نسبت وزن خشک به وزن تر ریشه در رقم حسینی و حداقل ریشه‌زائی در رقم تبرزه مشاهده گردید. در محیط کشتهای ورمیکولایت و پرلایت + ورمیکولایت، حداکثر ریشه‌زائی به دست آمد. از لحاظ اثر متقابل رقم در محیط کشت، حداکثر ریشه‌زائی در ارقام حسینی، داش قره و قزل ازوم در محیط کشت ورمیکولایت و حداکثر ریشه‌زائی در ارقام ریش بابا، تبرزه، بیدانه سفید و صاحبی در محیط کشت پرلایت + ورمیکولایت مشاهده گردید. In this study, an experiment was carried out to determine the effects of 6 culture media (sand, perlite, vermiculite, Sand + Perlite, Sand + Vermiculite, Vermiculite + Perlite) on the rooting of single-bud cuttings of seven grape cultivars (Rishbaba, Hosseiny, Dashgarah, Ghiziluzum, Teberzeh, Bidaneh Sefid, Sahebi). All the cuttings were prepared from one-year old branches. Statistical analyses of the data obtained from the examination of the roots revealed significant discrepancies in the rooting of different cultivars' cuttings, media and media-cultivar interactions in terms of rooting percentage, fresh weight of roots and the ratio of dry to fresh weight of roots. The highest rooting performance in terms of the above parameters was observed in Hosseiny cultivar while the lowest obtained in Teberzeh cultivar. Vermiculite and perlite + Vermiculite were found to be the most suitable media for rooting of cuttings.
