fa عوامل مؤثر بر تقاضای اجرای طرح‌های یکپارچه‌سازی زمین‌های کشاورزی از دیدگاه کارشناسان شهرستان کرمانشاه و منطقه لنجانات اصفهان عمومی Ggeneral پژوهشي Research <p style="DIRECTION: rtl">  پژوهش حاضر، مطالعه عوامل موثر بر تقاضای اجرای طرح‌های یکپارچه‌سازی از سوی بهره‌برداران و بررسی مزایا و آثار یکپارچه‌سازی در واحد‌های بهره‌برداری از دیدگاه کارشناسان است. داده‌های پژوهش از طریق پرسش‌نامه و مصاحبه حضوری عمیق با کلیه کارشناسان مطلع و مرتبط با اجرای طرح‌های یکپارچه‌سازی در ادارات و مراکز خدمات جهاد کشاورزی شهرستان کرمانشاه و منطقه لنجانات استان اصفهان و بازدید از چند طرح انجام شده و یا در حال انجام، به دست آمد. نتایج نشان می‌دهد در کرمانشاه، تأثیرات یکپارچه‌سازی در بهبود سه عامل تکنولوژی، مدیریت مزرعه و زمین، بیشتر از سایر عوامل تولید‌ است. در لنجانات نیز این تأثیر بر تکنولوژی و مدیریت مزرعه، بیشتر از سایر عوامل تولید می‌باشد. در هر دو منطقه، روستا‌های متقاضی طرح نسبت به سایر روستا‌ها، دارای مالکیت‌های بزرگ‌تر، پراکندگی قطعات بیشتر و بهره‌برداران کمتر، باسوادتر و جوان‌تری می‌باشند. هم‌چنین این روستا‌ها به مراکز خدمات یا ادارات کشاورزی نزدیک‌ترند و از برنامه‌های آموزشی- ترویجی بیشتری برخوردار بوده، بهره‌برداران آنها ارتباط بیشتری با مروجان دارند. </p> <p>  The purpose of this research was to study factors on farmer’s request to land consolidation projects and also consolidation’ adventages in utilization units. The data of this study was collected through completing questionnaires and interviewing 34 experts connected with administrating of land consolidation projects in agricultural offices and service centers in Kermanshah township and Lenjanat region in Isfahan. Data was also collected through visiting some performed and performing projects. The results showed that in Kermanshah land consolidation improves the technology, farm management and land more than other production factors. In Lenjanat it improves technology and farm management in comparison with other factors. In both regions the aplicant villages of the projects have a larger ownership and more fragmentaed parcels than other villages. Moreover they have younger exploiters, more educated and less in number.
