fa شناسایی، مقایسه بیماری‌زایی و تعیین پراکنش شبه گونه‌های <i> Bipolaris </i> عامل پوسیدگی ریشه و طوقه گندم در استان کرمانشاه عمومی Ggeneral پژوهشي Research <p style="DIRECTION: rtl" align="justify">به منظور شناسایی، تعیین پراکنش و مقایسه شدت بیماری‌زایی شبه گونه‌های شبه جنس <em>Bipolaris</em> در مزارع گندم استان کرمانشاه طی سه سال زراعی (78-1375) از تعداد 410 مزرعه گندم در مناطق مختلف استان در مراحل پنجه زنی، ساقه دهی و خوشه دهی نمونه برداری شد. علاوه بر این، 90 مزرعه (هر سال 30 مزرعه) به‌طور تصادفی انتخاب و درصد بوته‌های بیمار در آنها برآورد گردید. برای جدا سازی قارچ‌های مورد نظر قطعاتی از بافت‌های ریشه، میانگره زیر طوقه، طوقه و پایین ساقه بوته‌های بیمار پس از ضدعفونی سطحی روی محیط کشت‌های MEA،  PDA و CMA قرار داده شدند. نتایج نشان داد که بیماری پوسیدگی ریشه و طوقه با درصد آلودگی متفاوت (از صفر تا 24 درصد) و با میانگین 2/3% در اغلب مناطق استان وجود دارد. در مجموع 43 جدایه قارچ از شبه جنس Bipolaris جدا شد که به شبه گونه‌های <em>B. sorokiniana ، B. cynodontis</em> و <em>B. spicifera </em> تعلق دارند. درصد فراوانی نسبی آنها به ترتیب 5/74 ، 9/20 و 7/4 درصد برآورد شد. بیماری‌زایی هر سه شبه گونه در شرایط گلخانه به اثبات رسید و مشخص شد که شدت بیماری‌زایی <em>B. sorokiniana</em> بیش از دو شبه گونه دیگر است. شدت بیماری‌زایی<em>B. cynodontis</em> و <em>B. spicifera</em> با هم برابر و اختلاف آنها با شاهد معنی‌دار بود. </p> In order to diagnose form species of <em>Bipolaris</em> involving root and crown rot of wheat plants and determine their distribution, frequency and disease severity, 410 wheat fields (W. Fs.) in different regions of Kermanshah province were sampled at seedling, tillering and heading stages during three crop years (1997– 2000). Also 90 W. Fs. (30 per year) in different regions of the province were chosen randomly to estimate percentage of infected wheat plants. For the isolation of the fungi from tissues of root, subcrown internodes, crown and foot, the tissues were surface sterilized and placed on culture media. The results showed that there were some root and crown rots in the most regions of the province and the percentage of diseased plants was 0-24%, whose average was 3.2%. Forty three isolates belonging to form genus <em>Bipolaris</em> were isolated including form species<em> B. sorokinina</em>, <em>B. cynodontis</em> and<em> B. spicifera</em>. All three form species were pathogenic under greenhouse conditions. Disease severity and frequency of<em> B. sorokinina</em> were more than the others.
