fa ارزیابی مهم‌ترین مؤلفه‌های درون سازمانی در موفقیت شرکت‌های تعاونی مرغداران تهران عمومی Ggeneral پژوهشي Research هدف پژوهش حاضر ارزیابی مهم‌ترین مولفه‌های درون سازمانی در موفقیت شرکت‌های تعاونی مرغداران گوشتی استان تهران می‌باشد. بدین منظور نظرات 151 نفر از اعضا و مدیران این شرکت‌ها مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. در نوشتارحاضر که حاصل یک پژوهش از نوع میدانی و به طریق پیمایشی است، تلاش ‌شده تا با کمی کردن نتایج به دست آمده از سنجش هر یک از چهار مؤلفه‌ ”شناخت اعضا از اصول و فلسفه تعاون“، ”برخورداری اعضای شرکت‌ها از آموزش“، ”مشارکت اعضا در امور شرکت‌ها“، ”تخصص و قابلیت مدیران شرکت‌ها“ به عنوان مهم‌ترین عوامل درون ‌سازمانی مربوط به نیروی انسانی، اندازه تأثیر آنها در شاخص میزان موفقیت شرکت‌های تعاونی کشاورزی مرغداران استان تهران به آزمون گذارده شود. نتایج این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که سطح شناخت اعضا نسبت به اصول تعاون و میزان برخورداری اعضا از آموزش‌ها در حد بسیار کم و کم و هم‌چنین سطح مشارکت اعضا و تخصص و قابلیت مدیران در حد متوسط است. بر اساس مدل رگرسیونی، میزان موفقیت شرکت‌ها به صورت تابعی از چهار مؤلفه مذکور به ترتیب با ضرایب تأثیر 87/1، 04/1، 57/0 و 46/0 که در سطح قابل قبولی معنی‌دارند، قابل تبیین است. The general goal of this research was to study the most effective Intra-Organizational factors in the success of the poultry-farm cooperatives in Tehran province. To this end, viewpoints of 151 managers and members of agricultural cooperatives were collected and studied. Survey study was performed to evaluate the effects of four major parameters including member awareness of the principles and philosophy, training programs of members, participation in cooperatives' affairs, and expertise and ability of managers on the success index of poultry cooperatives. The results showed that the degree of members' share of training and knowledge of cooperatives' principles was very low also participation in cooperative's affairs and the managers' expertise and skills were medium.
