fa بررسی شکل ظاهری و خواص مکانیکی اتصال فولاد HNV3 به سوپرآلیاژ Nimonic 80A به روش جوشکاری اصطکاکی سر به سر تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:-.35pt;">در این مقاله تاثیر پارامترهای جوشکاری اصطکاکی (فشار فورج و زمان جوشکاری) بر شکل ظاهری و خواص مکانیکی اتصال فولاد <span dir="LTR">HNV3</span> به سوپرآلیاژ <span dir="LTR">Nimonic 80A</span> را نشان می دهد. بدین منظور دو میله با قطرهای 20 میلیمتر از هر دو آلیاژ آماده شده و با پارامترهای مختلف (فشار فورج و زمان جوشکاری) با استفاده از روش جوشکاری اصطکاکی سربه سر به یکدیگر متصل شده اند. آزمون کشش برای مشخص شدن تاثیر پارامترهای جوشکاری بر روی نمونه ها انجام شده است و مشخص شده که با انتخاب درست پارامترهای جوشکاری، استحکام نهایی اتصال بین <span dir="LTR">HNV3</span> و <span dir="LTR">Nimonic 80A</span> در مقایسه با مواد پایه افزایش یافته است.</p> <p>This Paper presents the welding parameter&#39;s effect (forging pressure, welding time) on macrostructure and mechanical properties of friction welding valve steel HNV3 to Nimonic 80A super alloy. For this purpose, two rods with 20 mm diameters are prepared and with using different parameters (Increase forging pressure and welding time) by friction welding method are welded together. Tensile Test carried out on samples for investigating the effect of a parameter. It was discovered that when the welding parameters used in connecting HNV3 and Nimonic 80A Superalloy couple through friction welding were selected correctly; strength of the connection would increase compared to the main material.</p> فولاد HNV3, سوپرآلیاژ Nimonic 80A, پارامترهای جوشکاری, جوشکاری اصطکاکی.
